1. CONTRACTOR shall provide a project directory/contact list, which is a
detailed directory of the team and contact points, including (but limited
to) company, name, title, address, telephone number, fax number, and
email address.
2. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate implementation activities included
under the various sections of these specifications to assure efficient
and orderly installation of each part of the work.
3. CONTRACTOR shall coordinate installation of different components to
assure maximum performance and accessibility for required
maintenance, service and repair of all components. The
CONTRACTOR shall have sole responsibility to coordinate the work to
meet this requirement within the dimensions indicated on the drawings
and to notify the County of all conflicts that cannot be accommodated
through proper coordination of the installations. CONTRACTOR shall
review requirements prior to formal submission of shop drawings and
notify the County of any problems affecting serviceability and
maintenance.
4. Make adequate provisions to accommodate items scheduled for later
installation.
5. Coordinate construction activities to ensure that operations are carried
out with consideration given to conservation of energy, water, utilities,
and materials.
C. The County may have other contracts in progress at these sites with which
this CONTRACTOR may have to coordinate and cooperate during the
performance of this work. The County will coordinate this effort as
required.
D. The County may award additional separate contracts for additional work to
be performed at each site with which this CONTRACTOR may have to
coordinate and cooperate during the performance of the work. The
County will coordinate this effort as required.
E. Any coordination required of any of CONTRACTOR's subcontractors shall
be conducted through the CONTRACTOR.
2.1.3 Project Schedule
A. Within 45 calendar days after the Initial NTP, CONTRACTOR shall submit
to the County a schedule for effectively planning and reporting on the
status of each project component to ensure completion within the
approved schedules. The schedule shall include computer-generated
reports and master Critical Path Method (CPM) milestones of all project
activities.
